Meet the
Pipeline Planners
From the pros who built the Canadian animation industry
(and your favourite cartoons!)
How We Work Together
You've already done the hardest part. You sat through lectures, learned the principles inside and out. But here's what nobody is talking about β knowing the principles and knowing how to actually work inside a studio pipeline are two completely different skills.
That's the gap we're here to close.
Inside Eat Your Peas, you're not sitting around waiting or watching. We're slowly turning up the pressure. From day one, you're inside a real studio environment β learning to collaborate across departments, getting structured feedback, meeting actual production deadlines. You're not just learning from our team. You're learning to work alongside them.
That's where the magic happens.
How It Works For You
1. We solidify what you already know. You've got the foundations down, now we fill in the entry-level studio skills that can take two to five years to pick up on the job. The tools, the habits, the unspoken expectations of a working studio. This is the stuff nobody teaches you, and we're handing it to you in the first week.
2. Take the plunge! In your very first week, you'll get you're hands dirty inside our P'Studio onboarding, learning to work a real pipeline, getting real-time feedback. No waiting around for "someday." We're giving it you you in as little as 3 months.
3. We connect you to real credit opportunities. By graduation, we're not just handing you a certificate and wishing you luck β we're connecting you to actual independent productions, so you can put what you've learned into practice and get real credit to show for it.
By the end of this, you won't be guessing how a studio works. You'll be part of the process.
Let's be honest...
There's a lot of animation courses promising to teach you a piece of the process.
That's why:
π We built you a whole environment that operates like a studio, not a school.
π We designed an entry-level cartoon to practice on, so you could train for credits and production, not only portfolios.
π There's no βiβ in teamwork, so we prioritize team-based workflows as much as individual output.
We're built different: You'll experience the difference between the work of one person and the value of a coordinated team. That's where real industry preparedness lives.
And the best part? It doesn't end when your training does. You're joining a community of working professionals, graduates who circle back to support the next group, and connections that turn into real working relationships down the line.
